How to Find Your HP's MAC Address

If you want to know the MAC (ethernet address) of

your lan card on an HP-UX machine, type:

            lanscan

and this will give you the MAC addresses of all the lan

cards installed in the machine.

How to change the time zone on a HP-UX machine?

Answer:

Edit the following files:

            /etc/src.sh

            /etc/src.csh

and then reboot.
